I withheld my review until after trying the product. These capsules worked beautifully; I preferred them over senna tea due to its unpleasant taste and odour. Initially, I took two capsules, which were ineffective, so I increased to four, allowing me to visit the bathroom soon after waking without severe cramps. I loved the experience and will reorder.

Travel-friendly relief
Occasionally, I experience travel-related indigestion due to anxiety and dietary changes. During a recent trip, I tried this supplement, and it proved helpful.
